SPOONFACE STEINBERG

In this stage version of Lee Hall's (Oscar nominated writer for Billy Elliot) radio play Rachel takes the role of Spoonface, an autistic seven year old dying of cancer.
‘Spoonface Steinberg’ is a poignant monologue revealing a thought-provoking look at life, told through the eyes of a seven-year-old autistic girl dying of cancer, accented by the voice of Maria Callas. She manages to make sense of her situation through a unique and pragmatic perspective on life, death, mankind and faith with refreshing insight and humour.
